The other concern is the manual input shaft is NLA, so you are stuck with either a good used one, rebuilding a not good used one, or modifying a power steering input shaft. You can plug the power rack and just run it as manual, but like already mentioned the ratio is different and it will require even more effort than the true manual rack.
