Feb 16, 2012I have referenced SeaBiscuit68's color coded wiring diagrams and this is what I have figured out. Heavy gauge Black/Yellow goes to Bat. terminal on Alternator Orange goes to FLD terminal. There was a spliced in piece of white wire that was connected to the GND terminal that went nowhere.

Apr 15, 2018Recently found out my alternator wasn't charging my battery. Noticed this big yellow wire coming from alternator harness and can't figure out what it does and if this might be my problem.
