Minolta Compact Bellows is a take anywhere bellows unit that provides extensions from 41 to 100mm and can be used with focal length lenses of 45mm to 200mm. With a 50mm lens mounted normally, for example, images from about 4/5 life size to twice life size on the film (0 to 1) can be obtained; with the same lens mounted in reverse position, magnifications from 1 to 2 are possible.

Sep 15, 2005I have used Minolta bellows attachments with "special bellows macro lenses," with regular MC/MD lenses, and with MC/MD lenses reverse mounted. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to use your MD 100/4.0 macro lens, with or without its extension tube, with a bellows.

Jun 12, 2019That includes the two Minolta micro bellows lenses (12 & 25mm) as well as similar lenses in RMS mount from Canon (20 & 35mm), Olympus (20 & 38mm) and Zeiss (16, 25, 40, & 63mm, plus 2.5-5X zoom). I have a ABIII and have some other version bellows and the little compact bellows Minolta made as well as both AF and MD extension tubes.

Nov 30, 2013Does anyone know the differences between the Minolta 100mm f/4 "Auto Bellows Macro" lens and the 100mm f/4 "Auto Bellows Rokkor" lens? i know that the former has an hourglass shape and the latter looks more like a conventional 35mm lens. I know that they're both designed to work with a meter-coupled bellows.
