Jul 20, 2010Does the non-“primary” parent in an Expanded Standard Possession order pay Guideline support (Texas), the same amount as a regular Standard Possession order? It seems that an adjustment should be made for the additional parenting time. What is the % of time of Expanded vs Standard? (60/40? 50/50?) It seems pretty close to 50/50 for Expanded.
